Question about in which order do I file what...

So, I understand I can file EVERYTHING at once with Ch 7 (Petition, Schedules, SOFA, Letter of Intention etc)

However some of the documents like the schedules/LOI need a case#.

Should I file the petition first...then file the other documents with the case#?

I think that would be the best way - what did you guys do?

You do not put the Case # at the top, because there isn't one. You would only have that after filing, so only amendments would have the case number.

Always file all the documents if you can.

I filed all documents at once, and then the court sent me a letter telling me what I was missing.
