I currently do not have a job and I live with my boyfriend and our daughter. He is paying our living expenses while I stay home and take care of our daughter because we cannot afford to pay for childcare. (When I was working, I was making just enough to cover childcare expenses and gas to and from work, so this is the more logical situation for us). So my question is this: Do I have to include his income or let them know that he is paying my living expenses? This is all so scary to me... any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you for the reply! I am filing C7 alone. I have about 25k in debt that I occurred while in college (credit cards, medical bills, car loan). I haven't paid on these bills for a little over a year now, because I haven't had a job. Also, I haven't racked up any more debt in about two years, just living off what I was making until I stopped working.
