If you're filing pro se be warned that it doesn't look good in Alaska.
I'm hoping this is in reference to the refund and not the entire BK?
I would have to agree with the judges finding here
Also, the judge in that case, ended the opinion with "reviewed the categories listed in A.S. 09.38.030(e) with regard to income tax refunds. I conclude that the debtor’s income tax refund does not qualify for exemption under any of the five subdivisions of (e)".
But since I have no earnings (I'm retired) 09.38.030(b)
    (b) An individual who does not receive earnings either weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly is entitled to a maximum exemption for the aggregate value of cash and other liquid assets available in any month of $1,400...
    looks like it would work.?
Given that, I'm not sure how to list the exempted return when it's in the future.?

If it's a tax refund, it's probably an issue, unless you can use Federal exemptions.
      Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10
