Debtor Field: Debtor (husband) AND Joint Debtor (wife)?

I am going to file myself, but I can't figure out whether the Field "Debtor" on some of the documents refers to me, the Husband and person filling out the forms, or if it refers to both me and my wife. Some forms have fields for both of us, some forms have fields for just one of us.

Do I fill in both of our names in Debtor field if only one space is provided? Or do they want just my name and my wife will be automatically included according to the case number that also appears on the document? OR...do I fill out two sets of forms for the ones that only have one debtor field - one set with my name as "Debtor" and one set with her name as "Debtor"?

Most of the schedules and forms can be filled out with the case name, "First Name and First Name Last Name" is how most of ours read. Some areas you see where you list your name, and on the opposite column, your wife's name.
The only a things that need to be filled out separately are Credit Counseling statement (B1D) and Debtor Education certificates, I believe.
Did you happen to get the Nolo book?
I searched "how to fill out schedule X" many times, and I wish I'd just downloaded Nolo's book. It would have been much less time consuming.
Filed pro se, made it through the 341, discharged, Closed!!!
