In Ch7, if I have a storage unit lease on which I am current, and that I wish to continue paying, is this the correct way to handle it in my filing?
List in Form 6, Schedule J, as a expenditure
List in Form 6, Schedule G as lessee
List in Form 8, Part B, check "Yes" under "lease will be assumed"
The stuff I've googled says assume it on form 8. That seems weird to me, because form 8 Part B refers to leases of personal property, and as I understand it a storage unit lease is legally a lease of real property.
