    Your name, order of words

On Form 1, your name is required to be stated as Lastname Firstname. On the other forms it is not specified. Should I maintain the Lastname Firstname format on the other forms, or should I use the regular Firstname Lastname format? Does it matter either way?

    Hi randian,

I think I started a thread similar to the question you're asking and here's a link if you wanna check it out.

If what you're asking is what I posted in the thread, then I just listed my First, Middle,Last on the rest of the forms on the "In re" line.

Hope that helps and best of luck!

I did Lastname Firstname on where it was specified to do that. But on the other forms I did Firstname Lastname. Wasn't an issue.

It may not matter, but documentation is as follows throughout the bk system:

          Lastname, Firstname Middlename

I just reviewed my petition. For me it was last name first name middle name (if applicable).
