I have not read anything good about Bridgeport. There are a lot of hits on the internet about them being a scam. The big "uh oh" for me is that they have NO contact information on their website, other than an email contact page. They are only authorized to fill out your paperwork, and you are still responsible for making sure everything is completed correctly. Save your money. If you are thinking of going without an attorney, just get the Nolo book, research this site, and file pro se.
ETA: By the time you give them all of the information online, you've already compiled everything you need to fill out all the forms yourself anyway.
