The trustee in my Ch7 case sent me something in the mail today... problem is, I didn't get it.
Why, you ask? Because the trustee's legal assistant failed to put a stamp on the envelope! I got one of those wonderful cards asking me to come down to the post office say there was "postage due" in the amount of 44 cents (though, on the bright side, I did find out there is a post office closer to my house thanks to this card... lol).
How should I handle this? In the law offices I've worked at, we've picked it up and billed the client accordingly... can't exactly bill the trustee, and it could be time-sensitive information.
