Trustee called me today and said we did a very good job with our documents. That was a relief! We had a somewhat complex case, so I struggled with the paperwork. The trustee was calling to request we bring a copy of our tax returns to the meeting.

Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10

we actually rec'd a few emails with a kudo's from the trustee's office and we HAD an atty....but i really did overkill with our paperwork due to the complexity of our situation. against our atty's advise, i insisted the firm to what WE asked...and i think it not only helped us, but also helped the trustee's office to better equip them with the tools needed to best view an entire case...without having to waste time going back and fro...8/4/2008 MAKE SURE AND VISIT Tobee's Blogs! http://www.bkforum.com/blog.php?32727-tobee43 and all are welcome to bk forum's Florida State Questions and Answers on BK http://www.bkforum.com/group.php?groupid=9

A very nice compliment for anyone pro se. It is difficult enough to pro se, but to do it right without practice (LOL) is rare. I know JB did well and he of all people had a tough one.
To each of us, ours is always a tough one. After the fact and the discharge comes the reality that "hey, it wasn't so bad". Until then, it's nail biting time all the time.
I can assume to speak for most of us. 'HubIf I knew it all, would I be here?? Hang in there = Retained attorney 8-06, Filed 12-28-07, Discharge 8-13-08, Finally CLOSED 11-3-09, 3-31-10 AP Dismissed, Informed by incompetent lawyer of CLOSED status, October 14, 2010.
