I am happy to report I was discharged on sept 27th.
My 60 days were up on sept 17th but it took them til
the 27th to get it done. I have not yet received my
discharge letter ( I got this info from calling the clerk
yesterday) so I was a tad surprised that I got a car loan
offer today especially designed for recently discharged
people, it had my filing and discharge dates plus the
case number. I know is public records but surprised
to get that before I even get my court discharge letter.
So, I, looking back can not believe we were successful.
All the research, sleppless nights, obssessive attention
to detail have really paid off. And it's over. What a
huge relief, life begins anew. Thanks to all who have
posted here, without this forum this process might have
been impossible (considering that I got the idea to
file pro se from this forum). So I am extremely happy
we succeded and now can concentrate on our future..
