    Mail or in person?

I filed my chp 7 in person but I need to file my 23b form now....Can I mail it to court or do I have to do it in person again? FYI "FL middle".....

I have mailed MANY things to the Court using both overnight (express) mail and regular mail. It just depends on what it is I'm filing. For your Certification (Official Form 23B), I'd mail it express mail so that you have tracking abilities. I file(d) things with the Court all the time via the mail! Just address it to the address for the Clerk of the Court for YOUR division. I always put it attention "INTAKE CLERK".

I always check my tracking information to see that it arrived. It usually takes 1-2 days before it's entered into the docket, but the "file" date will be the date that it was received.
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10

I used either FedEx or UPS overnight. UPS is cheaper, and I learned that the court's UPS delivery is earlier in the day than FedEx. Also, I was able to use 2nd-day FedEx and it still got there the next day at the same time as it would have by First Overnight.

If you're not up against a deadline, a fairly inexpensive way to mail it and have proof that they got it is to certify it. It's $2.80. Depending on how far away your court clerk office is they will have it within a couple of days. Ours is about 1 hr + away so I mailed just about everything we had to send in but I have that certification for proof of the date it got there.
