You are fine. Despite the fact that you live apart, it has been in your husbands best interest to keep insurance on a car he is financially responsible for, so that's that. Don't worry about it. -
You might have to write a sworn affidavit or something - - if they ask for it, as to your status. You will be under oath at your 341, so whatever testimony you provide to that effect, will probably suffice. But this is really not something I would worry too terribly much about, if I were you. Just answer the questions truthfully to the very best of your ability, and I'm sure it will all be fine. Good luck!Comment

I feel a lot better now. Funny thing is I was stressing out so much about my husband helping to pay my auto insurance and how that would look to the UST that I was online my whole break try to find some affordable car insurance. I just knew because of my bad credit they would slap me with all kind of fees but I actually found two reputable agency who gave me quotes $50-60 cheaper then the insurance my husband pays for. LOL!
