One day, the Pastor sees Matthew walking slowly out of Church. Matthew is dejected, disheveled and looks terrible.

"Matthew," asked the Pastor, "what's the matter?"

"Well, Pastor, my business is shot, I'm losing my house and my wife says she is going to leave me and take the kids if I don't straighten things out. I just don't know what to do."

"Matthew, find the answer in the Bible," the Pastor replied. And Matthew left.

Four months later, the Pastor sees Matthew coming out of Church, only this time, he's wearing an Armani suit, a nice cap and lighting a big old cigar.

"Matthew, you look great! Did you follow my advice?"

"I did. I went home that day and decided to open the Bible and to follow the advice I saw. So I opened the Bible and the first phrase I saw said:

    Matthew Chapter 11."

Well my 341 is over and it went GREAT. Couldn't have asked for a better one 5 minutes normal questions a few extra about what was unsecured and what was secured debt and some definitions but overall he was a nice guy. Others at the meeting weren't so lucky, seemed all but 4 of us didn't have to continue our meeting. The trustee was very angry with an attorney over some paperwork and it was 3 before me so at least he had time to cool down. When I got out of the building to my car and looked at my cellphone what did I see, the bank I have my auto loan through which I am going to surrender they want me to call them. Wouldn't they have to file a motion with the court in order to repossess the vehicle or if the vehicle open for repo right now? Thanks for all your help and its been a breeze so far. Hopefully 60 day club here I come...

Congrats on the result. Yes, they would have to file a motion for relief from stay in order to repo the vehicle prior to the discharge.

Thanks CCSJOE I'll keep checking pacer for any new info. Assuming that from what i've read on the board the decision usually comes fairly swiftly after 341.

I'll add in about the first 10 cases creditors did show up it made for a rather nervous waiting time.

Good luck! Sounds like everything is going fairly well so far. We just received our discharge after filing pro-se. It took about 60 days...
