Does this really matter? (PACER question.)

I filed a couple of objections to claims, and one of them says in PACER (correctly) WITH OBJECTION LANGUAGE.

The other one is listed incorrectly as WITHOUT OBJECTION LANGUAGE.

This is with reference to negative notice language, which, of course I used on both of them.

Should I call them to have them correct the entry, or does it really matter?

I don't know if it matters or not. If you have procedural questions... always call your case manager. I had to correct my case manager on a recent Schedule update where she insisted that I had to complete the "statistics" schedules. I had to remind her that I was a non-consumer filer and I wasn't required to do so. She had actually sent a deficiency!

Sheesh. And they say we shouldn't file pro se? lol.

I'm guessing this is just an entry error. My objections both clearly have negative notice language on them.

In her defense, when the document I sent in was scanned, the box indicating that I was a non-consumer filer and not required to complete the form, seems to have disappeared.
