Payment due date

So my final payment for my filling fee is due on the 31st of July. The court is closed as the 31st is a saturday. Is payment due the friday before, or the monday after? I have a lot of meetings tomorrow, if i can overnight my payment i will, but if i need to cancel them to get the payment down to the court i will do that.

Usually, if a due date falls on a weekend or holiday, the due date is the next working day (usually Monday or Tuesday). I would be there first thing in the morning. I won't even ask why you waited until the last minute. I'm a procrastinator too.
