New Jersey -- Can't Use Pacer if Filing Pro Se

You can use PACER. What you can't use, is electronic filing as a CM/ECF user. The main reason is because Attorneys have a professional license at stake should they enter documents... even inadvertently wrong. Also, Attorneys and their assistants have to go through training to use CM/ECF in order to have write access to the electronic docket.
Anyone can get and use PACER.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
