    re-affirmation

should i do a re-affirmation on my daughters
    orthodontic treatment?
she got braces in april and i have not been able to make the monthly payment so im like 3 months behind
but would like to continue to use this provider.
is it ok to re-affirm something like that?

You wouldn't need to reaffirm this. The bankruptcy code actually says, and it is mentioned on most discharge orders, that a debtor is free to pay creditors should she choose to, but the debtor is not legally obligated to do so.

Simply put... let the debt discharge, and pay it off just as you normally intended. You don't need to reaffirm the debt in order to pay it back!
