pension plan

my employer has a frozen pension plan for me
i did not contribute to it, it was all company funded
and its been frozen but i get statements periodically showing
interest credited. it's about 7,000.
if i retired i get it or if i leave the company i can get it.
do i need to list this on schedule b?
and then can it be exempted on schedule c?
