one question asks about security deposits with landlord, utility co etc...i had to pay landlord sec dep but wont get that back until i move and i dont plan to move for at least another yr. also i pd dep to gas company, but hv
never been able to get it back becuz u hv to pay the acct on time for like 12 months and ive never been able to do that....so do i need 2 put these 2 dep down? is the trustee able to take those deposits??

You need to list them since it is property of the Estate. The Trustee may force you to pay the value of those deposits in a Chapter 7! If you have enough exemptions, just exempt the value of the deposits. Otherwise, you may be forced to pay them to the Trustee.

The deposit is not the property of the landlord or the utility companies.
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10
