Food is woefully low for a family of three, if you ask me. Other than that, combined with you being under the median to start with... I see no issues. I'm assuming the home is one that you own and that's the entire PITI (principle, interest, taxes and insurance) amount. Are you surrendering the home or doing a retain and pay?

The children don't live with the OP full time, right? So ... maybe/maybe not on the food. I'm wondering if that question was resolved, as to whether or not you can claim them?
