soon to be ex as codebtor???

Liv in ohio and getting a divorce. nothing legal yet divorce wise. Need to know do I list my soon to be ex as a codebtor on joint debts like the mortgage?

If the ex (soon to be or otherwise) is a co-debtor on any individual debt, then yes they need to be listed as such - - but only for that debt which is actually joint per the individual debt contract.
