found another creditor

I had my 341 on the 14th of june. i came accross another creditor that i was un aware of. I have a no asset chapter 7 case. what is the process i should take to get this resolved?

You can simply amend your matrix. It costs you a one time $26.00. Since you have already had your 341, you could green card that creditor with your notice of bk. That also would suffice actually. The 341 is a snapshot of what your condition is and no real harm is done or meant by an honest mistake. 'Hub

I had to file an amendment according to our local bankruptcy rules. I had to fill out this notification form and send it to all the creditors i wanted to add and then fill out a couple forms and send to the court, along with making a matrix with the new creditors on it . it was the $26 or $27 filing fee. I had just called the clerk and they told me rudely to go read the loca rules but at least she told me what page it was on. good luck
