    PACER Question

    Hello all...just a quick question. Can you get on PACER if you filed thru an attorney or do you have to have file Pro Se in order to get on the website?

    You can open your own account to view documents on PACER whether you have an attorney, or are an attorney, or not. You just can't use ECF to electronically file documents with the court unless you are an attorney.

      Some people like to check up on what their attorney is doing.
