If your case is still open and has not been closed or discharged, you are allowed to AMEND and add new creditors to your petition. There is a cost of $26 to add them, plus you have mail a copy of the amendment to your creditors.
After discharge, many bankruptcy courts hold that an unlisted debt that would otherwise be dischargeable is discharged without further action by the debtor if the case was a Chapter 7 in which no assets were distributed. Other bankruptcy courts require the debtor to reopen the bankruptcy, give notice to the unlisted creditors, and amend the schedules in order to have the debt officially discharged. You should do a little bit of research to see how your district regards this, and decide whether to amend before your discharge, or not.
