    I have been patiently waiting to get my 341 meeting notice and well
    I got it today along with other papers including a dismissal possibility!
    Wth? After carefully reading it I see some are notices sent to all
    chp 7 cases .... Motion to lift stay for example saying attorney
    must be present unless prearrainged 2 days before etc etc
    But then I see the dismissal letter threat I got is because
    I am missing the statement of financial affairs and form 22b and
    because no counseling certificate was included.....
    Thing is I DID include ALL of that ... I just went
    thru my copies and is all there....... The clerk went thru it all ,
    asked me if I had the counseling certificate for dh which she then
    found and told me all was there and now I get this?
    How incompetent can they be? I assume I cant just call ....
    I'll have to go down to the courthouse tomorrow with new
    copies..... Ugh! Ok vent over.....Wish me luck!

    Uh huh. I went through a similar thing, because my Trustee's staff had not marked off the boxes that documents were received. Annoying isn't it?

      Check PACER. If it's not there in your petition... it doesn't exist. PACER is the "record" for the Court. Before making any accusations, you must check PACER first. If it's in PACER, you politely tell people it's Document Number XX in PACER as entered on MM/DD/YYYY.

        Tigergem I see you are in TX too, yes it's annoying to
        say the least!
        Justbroke I know what you mean .... I may give it a try
        is just that I don't want another obsession....
        We went to the court today, took us almost an hour to
        find a parking space and when we finally went in the clerk
        says yes all is fine. Apparently 2 clerks were working on the
        case same day different time and the 2nd found it all
        correct but by then the notices had been sent...
        Ok now on to the meeting of creditors on July 19th!!!!

          Seriously, just sign up for PACER. It will save you a lot of time and gas. The kinds of questions you needed to ask could have been asked over the phone, after you looked on PACER. Ask for your case manager.
