After going back and reviewing my papers and second guessing myself a bunch of times the day everything was turned in, I found 2 problems. I had sold a minivan in April that I had failed to list anywhere. Also, my husband is a signer on his mom's checking account, and Im a signer on my grandma's savings account, and I had forgot to list those. I amended schedule B to add the 2 bank accounts and I noted in the attachment that we are only signers in case of an emergency and that we had never contributed to the accounts, nor used them for our own personal use. I also amended the SOFA to show that we had sold the van and whom we sold it to and for how much.
I typed amended above the title of each packet of papers. I will file with the court on Monday and also send copies of the amended papers to the trustee.
