Filing Pro Se - Are the online paperwork sites worthwhile?

    I didn't have any kind of a questionnaire or anything like that about filing pro se. They kept telling me what a good job I had done with my paperwork, but never questioned that I did it myself. Which I absolutely did. I guess self induced OCD perfectionism is good for something sometimes lol. Now if only I could apply that to my housework...and my dog training.

      It is definitely not for the faint-hearted. And for sure, no matter what you do you have to attend the 341 hearing.The thing that sold me was I was able to ask question of the attorney even before I purchased the services. I asked about things I knew about to sort of test the waters and he answered them well. I think having an attorney at least looking at the petition is worth more that purchasing a book.

        Yeah but completing the forms is a lot scarier than the 341.

          Waiting for your discharge is scarier than any of those things.
