    Pro Se dismissal.

I filed a Motion to Dismiss and got my hearing date set. I hope to get a dismissal without prejudice so I can get an attorney this time. Is there a time frame on the without prejudice as to when I can refile?

You just need to wait until the actual order it filed and the case closed. That should be quick based on who need to right the proposed order (probably you). I would bring the proposed order of dismissal with you and get it to your Case Manager so that once the hearing is concluded, that can get signed (or send it in before you have the hearing so the Judge has it in front of her).

Whether they'll let you dismiss is anyone's guess.

Pay no attention to anything I post. I graduated last in my class from a fly-by-night law school that no longer exists; I never studied or went to class; and I only post on internet forums when I'm too drunk to crawl away from the computer.

Thank you. I will head the advice. Wish good thoughts for me on May 24th. :o)
