I am filing Chapter 7 and having someone prepare the papers and have a couple questions
1) I have collection accounts with one company. I want to make sure that even though they have different account numbers as long as they have the same name and address I just put them down one time and the total balance of all account numbers.
2) I called a hospital that I owe a very large amount to. Some of the accounts have been sent to collections already and some still are with the hospital. They told me that if I pay the entire amount they will inform the collection agency that the balance has been taken care of. So do I put down the hospital and the total balance or do I need to put down the hospital and the balance at the hospital and then put the collection agency and the balance with them? I could not get the lady to give me a balance of just what is still with the hospital and what part has been sent to collections.
