    Creditor's Claim Disallowed.

I just saw on the trustee's web site that he has disallowed a creditor's claim. Cool beans! But there is nothing filed in PACER, and I didn't receive any notice of this.

    Interesting.

It doesn't say when he did this, but it had to have been sometime after 4/14 because that is when I checked last to make sure my payment had been received, and it wasn't annotated at that time.

I haven't emailed Mr. T. in a while. Guess I need to drop him a line and find out what's up.

Yeah, I thought that a claim could only be disallowed on Objection and a Hearing (or default in a negative-noticing situation). That means there would need to be something docketed.
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)

Maybe it is another clerical error on the part of the trustee's staff.

Analyzing this a little bit...I wonder if it makes a difference that he only seems to have disallowed it as to one of the parties. The claim itself is still in there, listed as scheduled, but one party plus the amount is listed separately as disallowed.

I just wanted to say 'good morning' guys.

I'll have to find out about this PACER stuff later on; but for now, I'm getting ready to head downtown with all these rewritten schedules. Took forever. Hopefully, by this afternoon, this part will be behind me.
I still prefer to think of you being there Tiger; downtown, where I'm going.

Good morning! Sorry I can't guide you to the best parking. I had private parking with a pass provided by my employer, right behind the building where I worked. From there, I walked ... everywhere. Lunch, the post office...

Best of luck to you! I hope it all works out ok.

Tiger, Last night a friend pointed out that I have my full SS # on this
form B9A (Official Form 9A) where it clearly says last four digits of SS. But mine is the complete number.

So, one additional thing is to try to get this off. I don't know how this happened. This seems bad.

Just x out the other numbers. It's called redacting.

                Ok Tiger thanks,

But isn't this form which the BK Court did 'out there' as public record? So that it's really too late?

I believe that this "Official Form 9A" which they put out there informing people of deadlines and such, it's a done deal. They already screwed me over. It would seem.

Well. If you filled out the form and filed it without following the rules for redaction, then it doesn't seem to me that the court screwed you over. But if they completed the form, then yes, I would ask the clerk about that and possibly motion for it to be redacted.

                    thanks tiger,

I know I filled in the forms correctly, and the B9A or Official 9A is NOT my form. My forms are clear.

Only question is this: This B9A is what goes to creditors I believe as an announcement. Which means it's on some official website; which means the info is already out there. How can re-dacting now change this.

                    Almost ready to leave.

Well, it won't change what has already been done. But they can redact it so that if anybody is nosing through your case on the internet, they won't have access to it. I would definitely question them on it. It might help your pro se position to point out that they clerk of the court also makes mistakes lol. I don't know... I have kind of resigned myself to the fact that I have zero privacy anymore, so I wouldn't be too upset about it.

Ok, I'll let you know what I find out. (I am having a hard time not being really angry. Maybe it's over spending all day yesterday on the same forms, and having to Yeah, I'll catch the number 10 express Santa Monica bus. Forget parking. I just don't have time for this. )

                          Hey Guys,

I'm back from downtown LA, Public Counsel and BK Court.

It's OK. Apparently, they put your whole SS# on their court forms, but they looked up what appears on PACER and it's blocked with xxxx's before last 4. I was really ready to take them to task.

I submitted the forms they wanted; I asked the clerk 'can you sign that in blood'? Your blood?

I'm so relieved to be home now.

Tiger, I'm really thinking I want to go up the Malibu coast to Leo Carrillo and camp 2 nights. I know that place really well, have maybe 3 tents. Did you know that there are empty caves there.

I am so relieved it's ridiculous. I really wish you could come. gf.

Yeah, that would be a nice drive. I always liked that drive. Sounds like a good reward for a difficult job.

Also happy to hear that your ss# was redacted online.

Glad that hard part is over for you. You should sign up for PACER now so you can monitor it. That way you won't have to wait for notices in the mail if there are any further deficiencies. Hopefully there won't be, but you get that much more notice if there is, when you can check it yourself.

Yes, get the Pacer set up. I saw my 341 meeting showed I had an attorney present (I was pro se), and that no creditors sowed up (one creditor was present). So, yes, the trustees do make mistakes. Don't know if this will make a difference or not when I go to court on May 24 on a Motion to Dismiss.
