he handled my divorce it was easy no kids. he wayyy overcharged and made mistakes that costed me more. i gave him several thousand, but had to stop and still owed him like 2,000 more. he used to be af riend of my dad. his office is right downtown where the creditor's meeting is to be held. can i expect him to show up and ruin my case?

I would hope that the divorce attorney has enough experience and enough common sense to not show up to the 341 unless he knows you are hiding assets. Most divorce attorney's have an excellent idea of their clients financial picture and it is very unlikely he would show up.Filed CH 7 9/30/2008
