    Creditor Matrix

I just pulled out credit reports from the 3 bureaus... some accounts show still open, some charged off.

Collection agencies or Law firms do not show as account holders, only some show as having made an inquiry to obtain my credit report... do I still list them in my creditor matrix?

I would list them all. Make sure you mark the duplicates as "duplicate" and/or "disputed". Depending on your District rules, you may want to put the amount at $1.

I of course agree with justbroke that anyone and everyone who could potentially have a claim against you should be listed. No more worries then.

About list the collectors.... my understanding is to list the original creditor with the debt, the collections people as "duplicate" with a zero as debt. gf

I wasn't allowed to list any $0 or unknown amounts on my schedules, but that is a district specific quirk. I had to list an amount for each creditor. You can put a $1.00 in there. It is up to them to file a claim anyway, if they want any kind of distribution.

Yes you can write "duplicate", and then annotate "collection for xxx listed above" (so it is really clear) and set those collection agencies to "also notify".
