    Question about matrix

I am reaffirming a car loan and am not sure whether or not I add the loan company to the matrix I am filing.
I'm not behind on payments or anything so do I still have to add it to the matrix?

I would think so. a) I don't think you are allowed to leave creditors selectively out of the plan and noticing and b) how will they know that you are reaffirming if they don't receive notice?

But again, this is one of those Chapter 7 things. I did a Chapter 13. Maybe it's different and I am unaware of it.

You absolutely need to add them to the Matrix. They are entitled to know of your filing since the car is secured debt. You must also list them on Schedule G. You must also list your intentions on the Statement of Intentions as to what your disposition is (Assume or Reject).

I'm sorry, I thought it was a lease for some reason. Your Statement of intentions would indicate Surrender, Redeem, or Reaffirm. It would not go on Schedule G, but on Schedule B and D, and perhaps even Schedule C.
