B 200 Required Lists, Schedules, Statements and Fees

Does anyone know what this form is for? It doesn't have any instructions, wasn't in my book as required, and only spells out forms that need to be filed.

I know it doesn't have to be filed with the initial filing, but is it just an FYI, or does it need to be filed later?

It tells you what forms are required based on which case you are filing.

Your best bet is to check your local District's website to see if they publish a "checklist" which will be similar to Form B200. Remember, Form B200 is not all inclusive and there may actually be local forms!

It is never filed.
