B 3A-paying filing fee in installments??

It's time for me to make my 2nd of 3 installments for the filing fee. Do I just make a photo copy of the B 3A form to take with me when I give them my cash? I'm sure that they will need something with my case # on it, to credit the payment to my case, right??

I sent in my money order - with the Case Number on it - and yes, a copy of the form...just in case. No problems whatsoever.

I paid my installments in conjunction with other stuff I was filing, so yes, I wrote the case number on the money order. I normally wrote a cover letter to explain whatever was in the envelope as a courtesy to the clerk, so I would say, enclosed you will find a money order in the amount of $xx for my 2nd or 3rd or whatever... installment of filing fees.
