    Process for owing Back Taxes

I have several thousand dollars in back taxes bot U.S and State. I listed all the tax debt on my schedules and some of them meet the standards set forth to have them included in a discharge.

I have had my 231 mtg. and I need to know if I need to file any additional documents with the court to request the court include the debts in the discharge.

So do what (if anything) is the next step for me to get them included ?

    Thanks

You would need to file a complaint (AP) to determine dischargeability. That's the best way. Also, do you understand the "3" rules for discharging taxes?
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10
