Almost done with the schedules. Line 9 of Schedule B asks for "Interests in insurance policies. Name insurance company of each policy and itemize surrender or refund value of each"... huh? Is this speaking of life insurance policies (an obvious) or do they want the amount of current home and auto insurance policies?

Life Insurance is... if it's a whole life policy. Those may have a cash value today (present value), and the Trustee would be interested in those. If it's term life, you don't need to list it.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
