Can you file bk if you been unemployed for a year and live with parents plus you have minimum expenses (not even rent and food)...?

If you are currently unemployed it might be best to wait until you have employment to file. That way any additional debts you might incur in the meantime, such as medical, would be dischargable.

If you are considering filing to get relief from collections activities, there are ways to deal with that without filing bankruptcy. It depends on whether you have assets that they can come after.

On the other hand, it might be just as well to get it over with and start rebuilding your life sooner rather than later.

no i dont get money from unemployment and i dont have assests. My few expenses are phone, vitamins and haircut. Would they grant me the bk?

Hard to say without knowing all the details, but if you have no income and haven't been involved in any fraud or deception you should get a discharge.
