An online class that may be helpful for Pro Se Chap 7 Filers

I am on the email list for the Institute of Paralegal Education. I saw this online class in today's email and thought it might be of interest to those of you working on a Chap 7 petition. It costs $89, but could be worth it if it helps you avoid making a mistake.

It's called "Chapter 7 from a Trustee's Perspective for Paralegals: Pitfalls and Mistakes of Filed Petitions"

A national leader in continuing legal education for 40 years. NBI offers a diverse array of high quality accredited CLE courses. Convenient live and OnDemand CLE programming, unlimited CLE subscriptions, CLE bundles, and practice resources.

I have no affiliation with the IPE and nothing to gain in forwading this link. I also have never taken one of their classes, so I can't comment on their quality.

Wow. If you backtrack to the IPE home page, they really have a lot of useful courses listed. Thanks so much for this link!

        Your welcome.

I hadn't looked at the other courses. There are many others in bankruptcy, including how to prepare a confirmable Chap 13 plan. Here's a link to the listing of banruptcy courses:

I want to update this old post, because it is still a winner, but the links have changed some. The site has a very comprehensive search function, and when you further look into the various formats of delivery at the top of the page, you will find a different selection of titles as well. Still an excellent resource. Thanks again LadyInTheRed.
