woo hoo, it looks like my plan is really a GO!

    Hearing is next week.

Today was the last day for creditors to file objections. Nothing showed up on PACER yet.

Great news, tigergem! I hope none of my creditors put up a stink with my Ch.7.

Thank you for the kind comments. Yeah, I am pretty jazzed. The confirmation report sure is sloppy though. Instead of correcting it and filing a clean one, they just crossed out everything in their previous objection, except for a few things they forgot to cross out (dates mostly) and the document just looks really messy. I am still waiting for PACER to catch up before I celebrate. Apparently things are a bit behind on the manual end of the document scanning. I filed my Debtor Education certificate along with my final court fee installment payment and there is annotation of the payment received, but nothing showing up yet about my certificate.

Yeah, PACER currently has a two day lag here. They just finally got around to putting up my Financial Management Course Certificate that I filed at the same time of my final fee installment payment on 2/24. So I guess at close of business today I will know for sure if any creditors filed objection by the deadline.

Fees are posted instantly because they don't need to be "scanned" and validated.
