can anyone tell me how you file a judgement in chapter 7? do i just list the creditor that got the judgment the same as any other creditor or do i have to file it differently?

Yes, list it on the Statement of Financial Affairs (SOFA) as well as any other Schedule it belongs on (Schedules D-F). Whether it's dischargeable may depend on whether if this is a judgment lien and, if so, whether it impairs some other exemption.
