I think he is mistaken however, and wouldn't you know the weekend makes this worse. From today I only have 33 days to give notice of a hearing on 3/3 - because February only has 28 days - and I didn't receive this in time to get to the post office anyway. I don't want to incur postage and then find out we have to go to April anyway. I mean since the 3rd seems to be their magic date.

You should print and frame it! Very nicely done. I think your e-mail, response(s) and plan show that you've done your homework. I think it's less than 30% of all Chapter 13 cases that are filed, ever even make it to Confirmation. That you're the first in your District to do so Pro Se... BRAVO!
You're right... 35 days to 3/3/2010 is 1/26/2010.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)

The sad thing is, I think my judge, whom I really wanted to meet, is at the original location. Change in location means probably I won't get to meet him. And I had errands I wanted to run in Beaumont anyway that day lol. So the change in location is really a bummer for me on a few different levels.

Well, don't let that distract you. Unless it's a local ting, I thought the Judge was assigned to your case from beginning to end. You're assigned a Judge and a Trustee at case commencement. They don't juggle those around... at least in most Districts that I know of.
Perhaps your Judge works two locations. I know that there are two Judges out of the a District in Florida that work other "smaller" satellite "Divisions" on certain days.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)

Yeah, I guess it is no big deal. I won't let it bother me. Lots worse things could certainly happen.
I wonder if they are going to send me a plaque or a medal or a certificate or something? Oh yeah. I guess they will send me a certificate of discharge someday maybe huh? I wonder if I get free passes to the Federal Courthouse when ever I want? Oh. I already have that don't I?
