    Hi tg,
Just reading this now. Thanks for sharing it with us. It IS a tremendous triumph!
I myself would somehow get it on my resume; perhaps at the top under

    SPECIALITIES/COMPETENCIES
    legal research

I'd admired your "response to objection"; it is extremely professional, and so I copied it
in case I need some sort of template. [But then I'm only going for 7 not 13.] (I wondered how much effort this required.)

Thanks Goldfish! Which response? I have filed two. One was a response to objection of confirmation, and one was a response to objection to exemptions.

The response to objection to confirmation took me all of about 10 minutes because I was so mad that he accused me of bad faith.

The response to objection of exemptions took longer -- maybe a week -- because FIRST I started to prepare an Objection and a Motion for Summary Judgment, which I abandoned. But the response I actually filed after Mr. T and I worked it out only took a few minutes as well, because I was already familiar with the exemptions, and the resolution, to amend schedule C was pretty much a no-brainer.

      Very good luck to you!
