Most people on this forum are not attorneys. My experience is limited to my case and what I have researched. You are filing Pro Se. Therefore, you have done more work and research into filing bk.

Oh ok. Thanks. I thought you were saying "wow" because of the mess I stepped in, or because I was doing something freaky. Yeah, seriously, for all of this, my experience is limited really to my case and my district and my research as well. I would be really hesitant to offer anybody too much advice, but I really hope that by documenting my learning curve and experiences and successes and failures on here that it will somehow help others.

Now if I only had the right tool to pull the plug on my rear differential to check the fluid level. I would probably be doing that today instead of studying procedure and format for motion for summary judgment, because I really really need to step back from it for a bit...
