Hi -
I'm filing pro se and inputting data into one of the forms that companies sell for doing so. I've just filled out schedules A and B and most of C. What I'm wondering is that I have listed my house as "Real Property". It is valued at about 232k and I owe 235k. I have no interest in keeping it and I've told the bank as much but they won't do anything about that (except to do a short sale, which has gotten me nowhere). So, I want to include it in bankruptcy.
I don't claim any exemptions again the house, do I? There is zero equity in it.
Thanks!
