    Another PACER question. Flags?

I found some threads on this, but I have a flag that I didn't see defined or mentioned anywhere else.

My flags are Flags: FinMgmtDue, FeeDueINST, MEANSU.

The first two I understand completely, but what is MEANSU?

MEANSU may "mean" that the means to fund a Chapter 13, is unknown. That's my best guess. Probably means that the Trustee has not validated whether you should be MEANSYES or MEANSNO yet.

Oh. So he hasn't looked at my Plan and Schedules yet probably? That figures. lol.

I know the whole means thing is in there somewhere. I remember it clearly.

Actually, I just saw that it's a Chapter 13. The means test is irrelevant in a Chapter 13, except where the allowances come into play. I wouldn't be surprised if it stayed MEANSU.

Oh ok. Well, it was in the Chapter 13 package, so I completed it. The form compared my income to median and since my income was lower than median the form said DO NOT PROCEED to steps...7 8 9 or something like that. Just sign. So I did that. Oh. And that form was requested on my court checklist too. So I guess they wanted to see it, I dunno. I sent it.
