    oh goody!

Great, so I shouldn't worry that the couple online payday loan companies listed in my BK will cause a stink! Note: the payday loans are several years old, and I had paid them double or triple the loan amount in fees.

No, you don't need to worry about claims... unless they are inaccurate, at which point I'd tell you to object to them.
      Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10

Oh sorry, yeah, I missed your question. Yes, I am in a Ch 13 and have had so far 4 creditors out of about 30 file proofs of claim. Three of which I am attacking. I mean objecting to, in one form or another. As I file those, I will post them. I have posted some questions about them that justbroke and some others responded to that have really helpful information in them - - if it comes to that for you.

One I just sent a letter to the creditor to have them correct their claim and cc'ed the trustee so that he is aware of the issue, and will file a motion for redaction as justbroke suggested. I am not objecting to the amount of the claim, but to the form of the claim, which contains my full medical record for a particular day. And the only reason I even bothered objecting to that (because it is not particularly embarrassing or anything) is because they are also showing a brand new shiny collection account on my credit report (a violation of the stay), so I fired both barrels.
