On the statement of financial affairs, I have been a partner in a business within the past six years, though I haven't been lately. So I get to fill in questions 19-25.
Except, the questions are written as if the debtor were the business itself. "accounts and records of the debtor", "audited the books ... of the debtor", "if the debtor is a partnership", etc. To which, read literally, these are all "none" -- nobody's done these things for me, but they did for the partnership I was a partner of.
So am I meant to write "None" everywhere, or are the questions inaccurately worded? (I'm the debtor, right?)
