    Return to Sender BK Notice

I used the address of the creditor that was on my credit bureau and the Court's notice of filing came back in the mail marked 'Undeliverable/Return to Sender'...Am I obligated to try to track down a better address and attempt to forward the notice?

I got two of these today... am wondering if it is because it is listed POB instead of Po Box?

Absolutely not. The US Post Office's automated mail sorting machines are very impressive. What I personally found is that the addresses on your credit report, may not be accurate. You may need to call the creditor directly.
