Ok, I went on the UST website and got the checklist...I have all of those forms filled out. I called the clerks office and she said I needed to have those forms and 60 days of paystubs... do I submit tax returns when I file too? Or does that come later? The clerk sounded less than thrilled that I was filing pro se

If you have your local checklist, it probably indicates that the tax returns go to the Trustee after filing (and before the 341 Meeting). The only thing required to file are the requisite schedules and your 60 days of pay advices (paystubs).
They are less than thrilled answering legal questions, which they do not. Pro Se filers often create more work, so it's not so much you, but all the others who call and ask certain questions. Usually, the Clerk of the Court maintains an area on the Court's website with a checklist.
